  • The Third CEO RoundTable was held on 25th April 09. More than 28 MD/CEO/President of Various companies had joined the program.
  • Prof. Subin from US has taken expert talk with the first year students and discussed the role of Macro economic environment in Business
  • IMI Financial Analysis and Investment Meet 2009 IFAIM-09,was held successfully on 30th January. Professionals from Sharekhan, ICICI, SBI, India Bulls etc.and management students and faculty across the nation participated.
  • ChakDe India workshop was successfully completed. This two day workshop held at IMI Campus on 21st and 22nd of March was enjoyed by students of Prestige, IIFTR, Pioneer, AMITY, ICFAI Business School, Arihant College, IPS and students of other colleges of the nation.
  • MANAGEMENT LAB was inagurated by Mr Neema Dy Director Industrial Health and Safety, Mr Shiv Kumar President and Mr J.R.Daruwala CEO Snachi Dugdh in the presence of Hon Minister Kailash Vijaywargi. It was a grand ceremony and was appreciated as the first of its kind in the world in any institute.
  • IMI has come up with its book titled Cutting Edge Strategies to Counter Inflation. This book discusses about the different moves marketers can do at the time of price inflation.
  • Save Water Save India campaign was successfully finished by the students. More than 13000 people of Indore has taken oath not to waste water in Holi. This year IMI's effort was to celebrate an eco-friendly holi.
  • The 2007-2009 batch students enjoyed their International Study Tour to Singapore from 2nd Feb to 10th February. The students had lectures from MDIS, PSB, NUS and industry visits to NEWATER, TIGER Brewery,URA etc. Students also had a feel of Sin Kiat, Sentosa, skyride, sond of the Sea, 4D etc. The students enjoyed the lecture hours and had an opportunity to interact with students of other nations.
  • National Conference on Cutting Edge Strategies to Counter Inflation has been over on 21st and 22nd Feb. 2009. 35 participants from 23 management colleges over the nation has participated. The two day long session was interactive
  • IMI Marketing Carnival “2008 Phase 1 completed successfully. The event was gathered with near to 5000 peoples. The crowd was uncontrolled sometimes but successfully managed. Corporate from Maruti, Subhiksha, Zoom, MPFC etc praised this innovative event.
